Procedure in Case of Emergencies

In case of medical Assistance need, Policyholders should call or email the operations area of the Central Assistance, (telephone numbers are specified in your Insurance Policy).

1. Make a Collect call from anywhere in the world to Mexico
2. Phone call within Mexico, toll FREE number
3. Phone call within United States, toll FREE number

Policyholders will be asked for their certificate´s information:
· Complete Name.
· Policy Number.
· Code
· Dates of Coverage.
· Plan´s name.

In case of emergency, it is very important that policyholders or any close person call The Central Assistance (before turning to the doctor), to inform the situation. The Assistance will collaborate by coordinating the situation, and sending policyholders to the nearest clinic or hospital, for their medical attention.

(It is important that policyholders always carry on the certificate information or Coverage Letter information all the time).
